Pursuit Boats introduces S 368

Pursuit Boats recently debuted its new S 368 in Fort Pierce, Fla., to local marine media representatives. The new center console, moored within a few minutes of the Pursuit manufacturing facility, is available for customer sea trials and editorial projects and will be featured in upcoming Pursuit rendezvous to the Florida Keys and Bahamas.

The S 368 joins the Sport family that includes the S 408 and S 328 models consecutively introduced over the last two Miami International Boat Shows. Pursuit’s engineering teams have developed and delivered three new products in 16 months.

“We are excited to debut our newest Sport series model right here in

Fort Pierce, Fla. We will continue to provide our customers with the innovative, state-of-the-art features combined with the quality and comfort that they have come to expect from Pursuit,” George Hetzel, vice president of sales, Pursuit Boats.

The Sport series styling translates to the new S 368 – with an LOA of 37’ – including the oversized fiberglass integrated hardtop and windshield system, updated classic sheer line, through-stem anchor system and integrated transom extensions. The console includes amenities such as a fully enclosed head, convertible sofa berth, large storage areas and kitchen amenities.

On deck are distinct social zones in the bow area, at the helm and aft in the cockpit. A forward sunpad and teak table accommodate entertaining.

For serious fishing, a wide-open cockpit features amenities including a 24-gallon livewell, two in-floor fishboxes and storage for rods to lures and everything in between. A mezzanine seat is engineered at a height to watch baits skip along in the spread. When customers are finished fishing, a foldaway transom seat may be deployed to entertain dockside.

“We are excited about the continued expansion of our Sport series line after the success and popularity of the S 408 and the S 328. Pursuit remains true to its history of innovative luxury fishing boats that embody timeless style, durability and performance,” Bruce Thompson, president, Pursuit Boats.

The S 368 cruises at 32 MPH while turning 4000 RPM rigged with standard power, triple Yamaha F 300s. Optional Yamaha F 350s may also be installed.
