NATDA schedules ‘High Performance Service Technician’ webinar
The North American Trailer Dealers Association has scheduled a free online webinar, The High Performance Service Technician, for 2 p.m. Eastern March 13.
Hosted by Bob Clements International, this free webinar is specifically designed for technicians working in the shop and taking care of mobile service. Bob Clements will touch on the professionalism required for today’s customers, the importance of maintaining a great attitude, specific ways to improve their efficiency and the quality of the work they perform.
