Iconic Marine Group expands management team

Iconic Marine Group announced several key appointments as part of the rebuilding plan for Baja, Donzi Classic and Fountain brands. As announced in August 2016, new owners are injecting resources and capital to bring these brands into the marketplace with fresh designs and aggressive dealer programs, as well as marketing and after-sales support.

The growing management team, based in the Washington, N.C., facility continues to be led by COO Joe Curran.

“We have spent the last several months refining our key business objectives and identifying the resource needs to achieve our goals moving forward,” said Curran. “We’ve added expert design and production engineers, along with a new manufacturing/operations manager – all key players in helping us streamline our operations and deliver the top-quality products our customers are used to receiving.”

The company has also built a sales administration team to increase the level of support to the growing network of dealers, across all three brands. In addition, wholesale financial resources are in place for new and existing dealers with Northpoint Commercial Finance and Bank of the West.

“Our owners are quite pleased with our progress so far. We still have work to do, but are poised to maintain our forward progress, starting with a nice representation of Baja, Donzi Classic and Fountain products at the upcoming Miami International Boat Show,” said Curran.

The Iconic Marine Group brands will be on display at MIBS 2017, Pier 9, slips 850-51-52.
