IMBC sells out exhibit space

For the first time in its history, the International Marina & Boatyard Conference, scheduled for Jan. 25-27 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, has sold out its exhibit floor space a full two weeks prior to the show. IMBC sales staff is also reporting higher booth sales than ever before, with over 140 booths sold to more than 120 companies represented. A waiting list is available for those companies who still wish to exhibit.

IMBC, organized and produced by the Association of Marina Industries, is the leading show for marina and boatyard owners, operators and managers as well as dock masters, harbormasters, boat builders and repairers, and industry consultants. This year, IMBC is located at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center where it will complement its exhibit floor with 30 seminars, keynotes, breakout sessions and workshops, plus a field trip to area marinas and boatyards.

“IMBC is the biggest marina-specific show in the US,” Brad Gross, CMM, AMI chairman, said. “We are well known for our networking events, our education and training, and for bringing in some of the most relevant and influential exhibitors and attendees in the industry. The quality of attendance at IMBC is astounding.”

Some of IMBC’s networking events include an opening night reception, a first-time attendee reception, an IMBC pub crawl, and an exclusive CMM 25th Anniversary dinner for the Certified Marina Managers and Operators (CMMs and CMOs) who have completed AMI’s rigorous training.
