Yamalube Advantage expands engine lubrication limited warranty to include new Yamaha watercraft

Yamalube, the lubricant brand of Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., announced Wednesday that the newly launched Yamalube Advantage engine lubrication limited warranty would expand to include Yamaha Boats and WaveRunner personal watercraft with a 5,000 hour warranty. Launched back in April at MotoGP in Austin, Texas, the engine lubrication limited warranty was aimed at giving new Yamaha on-road motorcycle owners peace of mind when it came to their service needs.

“With the success of the new TR-1 engine and the Yamalube Advantage program, it made perfect sense to combine the two and expand the overall program to include our best- in-the-industry Yamaha boats and WaveRunners,” said Jonathan Frank, customer support group marketing manager for Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. “This further proves Yamalube is the highest-quality powersport oil in the industry.

New owners can go to www.yamalubeadvantage.com and register their newly purchased Yamaha boat or Waverunner within the first 10 hours of operation or before the first scheduled service. Throughout the ownership and according to Yamalube Advantage terms and conditions, eligibility will be maintained with the exclusive use of qualifying Yamalube Watercraft oils as well as the specific Yamaha Genuine oil filter.

“Not only is our current owners’ satisfaction and enjoyment important to us, but also the next generation of riders, so we made the Yamalube Advantage transferrable, upon inspection, as long as proper maintenance is documented,” said Frank.

The expansion of the program coincided with Yamaha’s 2017 watercraft product premiere.
