Roswell Global names Sean Marrero president
Sean Marrero has been named president of Roswell Global effective June 20, Chairman and CEO Robert Oswell announced Thursday.
Marrero brings nearly 20 years of marine industry experience and relationships as well as a wealth of both financial and operational expertise that will help drive Roswell Global’s delivery of products and services to a whole new level, Oswell said.
“Sean is a welcome addition to our growing executive team and will help Roswell better serve its key OEM customers in both our marine and home businesses,” said Oswell. “I have tremendous respect for Sean’s management style, accomplishments, and core values.
“With Sean as President, I am confident that our company, culture, and strategy are in the right hands,” continued Oswell. “That will allow me to continue to build the Roswell that I have always envisioned. And what’s even more exciting is that Roswell will be able to achieve a new balance that will benefit customers and employees alike, allowing everyone involved to do what they do best. That will be a great victory.”
During his 11 year history with Correct Craft, Marrero held senior positions at Nautique Boat Company, including vice president of operations and CFO. Most recently, as CFO of Correct Craft Holding Company, Marrero has overseen the acquisition of four manufacturing companies and the addition of a new location to its parks business in the last 19 months.
