Employees from three Correct Craft companies volunteer with Habitat For Humanity

Last weekend, 35 employees from Aktion Parks, Orlando Watersports Complex (OWC), and Nautique Boats came together to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity to build a home funded by OWC for a Central Florida family.

Located in the Butler’s Preserve community, the home started Saturday morning as just a concrete slab but was transformed by the hard work from the Correct Craft employees who were able to install all of the walls and roof trusses. Construction will continue on the home until October when a single mother from Honduras will receive the keys to her new home.

This is the fourth Central Florida Habitat for Humanity home that Correct Craft companies have funded and volunteered to help build.

“I am incredibly proud of our teams from Nautique, Aktion and OWC for their hard work on this house; it demonstrates once again that we have an incredible team that not only wants to excel at their jobs but also work together to make life better,” Bill Yeargin, president and CEO of Correct Craft, said. “The past four years Correct Craft companies, Nautique Boats and OWC have been honored to fund the building of four Habitat for Humanity homes and we are thrilled that our employees have also embraced this worthy cause!”
