Nautique hosts ‘Take our children to work day’

Nautique hosted 90 children from kindergarten to eighth grade Thursday for “Take Our Children to Work Day” at Nautique World Headquarters in Orlando, Fla.

Children of employees in every department were given the opportunity to see what their parents do at Nautique each day designing, engineering, building, promoting and selling boats. The day’s activities included a factory tour, boat rides, and career presentations. Team Nautique Pro Wakeboarder Mike Dowdy was also on-hand to speak with the children about his career as a professional athlete and put on an amazing wakeboarding exhibition behind the award-winning Super Air Nautique G23.

“Our close-knit Nautique family is very important to all of us,” said Nautique President Greg Meloon. “We take great pride in what we do here at Nautique and it was amazing to have the opportunity to allow our children to experience it firsthand.”
