Manteo Resort Waterfront Hotel and Villas finishes marina renovation
Situated 240 miles northeast of Vancouver on Okanagan Lake is Manteo Resort Waterfront Hotel and Villas, of Kelowna, British Columbia.
The facility recently replaced its marina, tripling space for guests and a neighboring new, upscale condominium development.
Local contractor Shoreline Pile Driving installed 54 ShoreStation lifts at the new marina, ranging from 6,000-8,000 lb. capacities. Each new condominium at The Lakeshore at Manteo development includes a slip with a ShoreStation Hydraulic Boat Lift. Shoreline reports that this benefit recently helped close a condo unit sale.

Phase I of the Manteo Resort marina project consisted of installing 100 new slips, including the 54 ShoreStation DC-powered hydraulic lifts. Phase II will add another 34 slips.
