FedEx exec featured speaker for ‘Visions and Values’ luncheon

Regal announced today that Michael Ducker, president and CEO of FedEx Freight, will be the featured speaker for the 14th Annual Leading With Vision and Values luncheon.

The lunch will be on Friday, Feb. 12, from 12 p.m. –1:15 pm at the Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne, during the Miami International Boat Show.

Hosted by Duane Kuck and Tim Kuck of Regal Marine Industries, on behalf of the Regal Foundation, it brings together friends and colleagues of the boating industry. It was established to encourage and challenge marine industry leaders to consider how faith and values can be applied in life and in the workplace.

Ducker has been with FedEx for more than 40 years. He provides strategic direction for the Corporation’s less-than-truckload (LTL) companies throughout North America and for FedEx Custom Critical, a leading expedited freight carrier.

He previously served FedEx as the president of international business, COO of FedEx Express and president of FedEx Express Asia Pacific. He also served on the Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations for the Obama administration and currently serves as Chairman of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Ducker is on the board for the Coalition of Services Industries; the U.S.-China Business Council; the American Transportation Research Institute; The Salvation Army; Amway Corporation; and International Flavors and Fragrances. He earned his M.B.A. from a joint program of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
