CLEVELAND, Ohio – The 2016 Mid-America Boat Show will run Jan. 14-18 in Cleveland’s I-X Center. More than 42,000 marine enthusiasts are expected to attend. The Mid-America Boat Show, sponsored by Progressive Insurance and produced by the Lake Erie Marine Trades Association.
"At no time in recent memory has the Progressive Mid-America Boat Show offered boaters more than it will this year when it docks in the I-X Center," said Ken Alvey, show manager and president of the Lake Erie Marine Trades Association. According to Alvey, the floor space has been expanded by nearly 20 percent to meet increased needs of dealers planning to display additional new models.
“The increased space reflects the continued recover of boat sales in our market area,” said Alvey, “It’s also the result of manufacturers investing in many exciting new models and that should drive continued growth.”
