Mercury Marine Canada announces expansion in British Columbia

Mercury Marine is opening a new facility in Langley, British Columbia to be the new home to both Mercury Marine Canada and Land ‘N’ Sea Canada.

“This new facility will help us better serve our customers across all of Canada,” said Georges Jalbert, general manager for Mercury Canada. “Having the ability to expand the market to the western half of the country and provide immediate attention to our customers is paramount to our growth and our success in Canada.”

The 50,000 square-foot facility opened on December 14 and is fully operational. Prior to the expansion, all finished goods were shipped from Milton. Now with the expansion, engines, parts and accessories will be available from British Columbia to allow customers to receive their order faster.

“This is an exciting time for Mercury Marine,” said Jalbert. “As we close out 2015, we continue to grow and continue to look for ways to better serve our customers. This facility in British Columbia allows us to do that.”
