Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour announces 2016 dates, locations
The Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour will make five stops around the United States and Canada, the tour announced Monday.
The 2016 Supra Boats Pro Wakeboard Tour will take place at the following locations:
Dallas/Fort Worth – May 7, 2016
Mooresville, N.C. – June 18, 2016, at Stumpy Creek, Lake Norman
Monroe, Wash. – July 9, 2016, at Lake Tye
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada – July 23, 2016, at Shalom Park
Indianapolis – August 6, 2016, at Precedent Office Park
“This is a fresh lineup of cities that strikes the perfect balance of great water conditions for the pros, venues with unprecedented fan accessibility, and hotbed markets for wakeboarding. This is the strongest lineup in years,” said Rick Tinker, president of Skier’s Choice, makers of Supra.
The official towboat for the 2016 tour will be the Supra SA550 because of its clean, consistent and massive wakes. The 2016 Supra Boats are powered with the high-torque ROUSH charged 6.2L Ford Raptor Engine by Indmar.
