MyTaskit introduces free Gold Support for its hosted customers

West Palm Beach, Fla. MyTaskit announced today that customers of its hosted solution for the MyTaskit Pro Operations module (formerly DockMaster) will now receive Gold Support at no additional charge. Gold Support will provide customers with online group training classes and individual training and/or custom report creation per each contract year.

MyTaskit provides online service coordination, including task management; enhanced communication with customers and staff; and improved access to customer service information. Using the Hosted solution of MyTaskit Pro Operations module reduces internal technology burdens and improves uptime and support.

Gold Support provides hosted customers with online group training classes and their choice of individual training sessions and/or custom report creation. Each year, for each user license (up to a maximum of 20 user licenses), hosted customers will receive one online group training class and three hours of individual training sessions and/or custom report creation services.

Since MyTaskit normally charges for group online training classes and for individual training or custom report creation, Gold Support represents a value of $375 per year for each user license.
