IBEX to recognize silver exhibitors

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Several leaders in the marine industry have supported The International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX), since its inception in 1992 and they will be recognized at the upcoming event on September 15-17 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.

The fifteen companies who have supported all 25 IBEX events include 3A Composites Baltek Inc.; Airtech International Inc.; American BoatBuilders & Repairers Association (ABBRA); Ashland; Composites One; DIAB Americas LP; Interlux Yacht Finishes; Interplastic Corporation; Magnum Venus Products; Professional BoatBuilder magazine; Plexus-ITW Polymers Adhesives N.A.; PRO-SET Inc./WEST SYSTEM Inc.; Structural Composites Inc.; Taylor Made Group LLC; and Tricel Honeycomb Corporation.

The Silver Exhibitors will be honored at IBEX’s Industry Breakfast, Keynote Address, & Innovation Awards Presentation, sponsored by Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation (RBFF), taking place Tuesday, September 15th from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Baseball Hall of Fame Catcher Johnny Bench will be IBEX’s keynote speaker, the Innovation Awards will be presented to the winning exhibitors and Thom Dammrich, president of NMMA will deliver the State of the Industry Address. There will also be the presentation of the NMMA Hall of Fame Award, the BoatUS Life Jacket Design Competition Winner, the Boating Industry Movers & Shakers Award, the Mel Barr Award presented by the National Marine Representatives Association (NMRA) and the NMMA CSI Awards.
