IBBI names Thetford Marine preferred supplier

Independent Boat Builders, Inc. (IBBI) has named Thetford Marine a preferred supplier. This is a response to the company consistently providing the marine industry with exceptional products, service and support.
IBBI named Thetford Marine for a five-year term as its preferred supplier for sanitation with its Tecma and Porta Potti lines. Additionally, it will be a preferred supplier on refrigeration with its Norcold products.

“We’re honored to be given this distinction,” said Gianluca Silvestri, Thetford Marine business unit manager. In 2014, Thetford Marine was ranked by IBBI members as one of its top 10 suppliers in product quality, customer service, delivery, technical service, invoicing and warranty administration.

IBBI is a purchasing cooperative of boat manufacturers representing 20 brands. It is a collaborative effort used to negotiate sources and arrangements for raw materials. Its website is www.ibbi.com.
