Ocean Master moves to Stuart, Florida

STUART, Fla. – After 40 years building boats in West Palm Beach, Fla., Ocean Master has relocated its headquarters to Stuart, Fla. The company made the move to align its office and manufacturing needs with its evolving business demands.

Located between I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike, the new facility is a short distance from the St. Lucie River and Inlet. It is 16,000 sq. ft., with an additional 26,000 sq. ft. expansion planned. The extra space will help as Ocean Master grows its line to include new models.

“Plans are underway to begin producing a larger center console,” said owner Mark Hauptner. “Our new modern, efficient space will allow us to have more boats in production at any given time.”

Ocean Master builds semi-custom offshore center console fishing boats and yacht tenders, from 27′ to 33′ 6″. Since 1975, the company has married its hull design with the latest in propulsion, electronics and rigging. A video demonstrating its 336 CC is at www.oceanmasterboats.com.
