Xtreme Tower Products hires Matt Ostmeyer as director of engineering

MARYVILLE, Tenn. — Xtreme Tower Products (XTP) has hired Matt Ostmeyer as Director of Engineering. In his new role, Ostmeyer oversees XTP’s high-caliber design and engineering department and assists in new product development and integration. Headquartered in Maryville, Tennessee, XTP designs and manufactures custom watersports towers and accessories for boat builders and retail customers worldwide.

“Matt’s experience within the marine industry is invaluable because of his grasp of the materials, applications and processes we use,” said XTP President Tony Williams. “He is also extremely innovative which fits right into the XTP culture and our aggressive new product development cycle.”

Ostmeyer has held product design and development roles in the watersports industry for more than a decade. He excels at translating customer requirements into tangible products.
