Monterey Boats debuts the 360 SC at FLIBS

WILLISTON, Fla. — Attendees of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (October 30th through November 3rd) will get a first look at Monterey Boats latest, most innovative boat design to date. The debut of the 360 Sport Coupe coincides with the boat manufacturer’s 30th anniversary and is expected to turn heads with a patent-pending design feature that makes accessing the foredeck a breeze.

An ideal day-boating vessel, the 37’10”-long sport coupe is 11’11” wide and boasts a flush cockpit for maximum entertainment. Its dual electric-operated helm chairs with flip-back bolsters enable guests to face aft with access to the port and starboard bar tops with dedicated bottle storage, concealed faucet and drawer refrigerator. Located aft is an L-shaped sun island seating area that converts to a sunbed with storage below.

For overnight accommodations, the cabin includes a convertible v-berth that features an electric table with scissor-bed conversion that requires no filler cushions, an enclosed head, galley and additional sleeping area for two at the rear of the boat. The oversized hull windows provide a panoramic view and an abundance of natural light.

Most notably, Monterey Boats’ 360 SC includes a patent-pending, electronic windshield that retracts into the hardtop to allow passengers direct entry onto the foredeck from the cockpit by way of a sliding fiberglass door with integrated steps. Boaters can opt to slide the windshield apart just a few inches for a gentle central breeze through the cockpit or the full 70 inches for a large entryway that leads to the sun-bed padding on the foredeck.
