LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — The International Marina & Boatyard Conference (IMBC) Return on Investment Toolkit has been updated. The toolkit, available on the group’s website, is a guide for IMBC show attendees.
The Return on Investment Toolkit includes a sample letter that attendees can fill in and submit to their supervisors, tips to use and keep in mind when asking for time off and the funds to attend, a cost comparison that highlights the value of an attendee’s time and money and a calculations worksheet to help attendees determine the cost of attending. In addition to this, a flyer listing the benefits of attending IMBC and useful data about the value of face-to-face meetings is available on the site.
The toolkit also includes tips for getting the most out of IMBC. Ideas for beneficial networking, helpful hints to create goals and information on what to bring and how to navigate the show are included.
