Yacht Brokerage University breaks attendance records
SEATTLE — On June 14th, YachtWorld.com partnered with the Yacht Broker Association of America to co-present Yacht Brokerage University, which broke attendance records, according to a release from parent company Dominion Marine Media.
Brokers gathered at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, R.I., for the event, which featured presentations focused on Facebook opportunities, BoatWizard 2.0 and panels discussing best practices and industry experts.
“We launched a new agenda this year that included sales strategies from a professional sales trainer and open forum panels featuring local brokers and industry leaders,” Courtney Chalmers, director of marketing for YachtWorld.com, stated in the release. “The feedback from brokers has been very positive.”
Yacht Brokerage Universities are scheduled for later this summer in Toronto, Canada, on Aug. 4 and in Houston, Texas, on Aug. 11.
