PowerCat Group names new dealers
TARBORO, N.C. — The PowerCat Group, builders of World Cat, Glacier Bay, Carolina Cat and Livingston catamarans, recently named Top Notch Marine of Melbourne, Fla ., and Mertaugh Boat Works of Hessel, Mich., as exclusive regional dealers for all of their brands.
“We are excited to have Top Notch Marine and Mertaugh Boat Works represent our brands,” said Andrew Brown, president of the PowerCat Group. “Top Notch is a true marketing force because they have delivered value to their customers for almost 25 years. Mertaugh Boat Works has been a fixture in Michigan since 1925 and was the original dealer for Chris Craft Boats.”
The PowerCat Group builds World Cat semi-displacement catamarans from 25-feet to 33-feet designed primarily for offshore fishing. The company also builds displacement-type Glacier Bay catamarans from 26-feet to 34-feet, which are primarily cruising catamarans with offshore capability.
