Boating Industry Intelligence You Can Profit From
ANNAPOLIS, Md.– The boating membership program SailTime is celebrating its 10th anniversary by holding “Sail Around the World,” an event that will celebrate boating at each of SailTime’s locations worldwide, according to a company release.
SailTime’s “Sail Around the World” events, which began on Memorial Day in Boston, will move from base to base covering multiple continents throughout the 2011 boating season; the last sail will occur on the Australian island of Tasmania in October.
According to the release, SailTime joined with Ocean Conservancy, a nonprofit agency that works to find solutions for ocean health, to have coastal and waterway clean up events at each “Sail Around the World” event location.
