Boating Industry Intelligence You Can Profit From
WARREN, R.I. — A speaker from The Disney Institute will present the keynote address to the attendees of the International Marina & Boatyard Conference (IMBC), which will take place in Orlando from February 1-3.
The address, titled “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence,” will cover topics such as the five most powerful lessons in business and focus on the Disney business style.
“Disney has a proven track record for excellent customer service, brand loyalty, people management and leadership,” said Jim Frye, president of the Association of Marina Industries, which produces the event.
The keynote address will take place on Feb. 2 at 8:30 a.m. Registration for the conference opens in September.
