LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) will offer its most diverse range of educational opportunities in the show’s 21-year history, according to conference organizers.
The event, which takes place from Oct. 19-19 in Louisville, Ky., will offer 91 different seminars, up 30 percent from 2010. The seminars will be presented by more than 100 industry experts.
Topics are spread across 14 tracks, including a technical series; design and engineering power; composites methods and materials; survey repair, wood and metal, marine electrical systems, onboard systems, boatyard operations,
manufacturing management; education and training; and four tracks in management, services and operations.
The dealer development track includes sessions in design and engineering sail; marine service; marina operations; marine electronics; and enhanced dealer development.
The conference will also have OEM and aftermarket exhibitors, workshops and special events.
