CONCORD, N.H. — New Hampshire’s Lake Winnipesauke will continue to have a 45 mph speed limit, as the state house voted against a speed limit raise.
The limit would have increased to 55 mph in a section called “the broads.”
The vote was 276-75, which killed the senate bill that contained the proposal.
The lake currently has a 45 mph speed limit during the day and 30 mph at night.
