Third annual YachtInfo set for Fort Lauderdale show
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — The third annual YachtInfo professional development curriculum will once again be held during the 2011 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, according to a release from organizers.
The Florida Yacht Brokers Association has joined YachtInfo’s founders, the International Superyacht Society, the Marine Industries Association of South Florida and the U.S. Superyacht Association, for this year’s event. The full-day’s schedule includes educational seminars, the Captains Briefing and a luncheon and cocktail party.
“FYBA is excited to be a part of YachtInfo 2011 and strongly supports this superb program,” Cromwell Littlejohn, Florida Yacht Brokers Association President, said in a release. “As the Yachting Capital of America, the Ft. Lauderdale Boat Show is uniquely positioned as the perfect venue and time to bring YachtInfo presenters and attendees together. We fully expect that through our participation, FYBA members will appreciate the benefits of YachtInfo involvement, will access its professional development curriculum and will utilize the opportunity to network with the scope of the event’s international contributors.”
This year’s programming will take place on Friday, Oct. 28, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Seminars will be held in the Bahia Mar Ballroom with the Captains Briefing and cocktail party also held at the Bahia Mar. This year’s course curriculum is by invitation, which will be extended in early May 2011.
