PWIA seeks expanded PWC access in Louisiana
BATON ROUGE, La. — This week, the Personal Watercraft Industry Association testified before the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries seeking additional access to the state’s wildlife management areas.
PWIA gained access for PWC riders to the Pearl River wildlife management areas two years ago. If approved by the commission, PWCs would be allowed to access several more of the state’s wildlife management areas, similar to other recreational boating access.
