Carolina Beach boat slips to be sold at auction
ROCKINGHAM, N.C. — Harbour Pointe Marina in Carolina Beach, N.C., will sell 37 slips at public auction. The auction has been ordered by a local financial institution. Iron Horse Auction Company Inc. of Rockingham, N.C., will conduct the auction.
The auction will be conducted on April 30, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Carolina Beach.
Eight slips will sell regardless of price with the balance selling subject to the owner’s confirmation. Harbor Pointe Marina features 102 deeded slips from 30 feet to 70 feet with a waterfront clubhouse and pool and with a large parking lot.
