Attendance up at the New England Boat Show
BOSTON, Mass. — Attendance was up at the 2011 New England Boat Show, which ran from Feb. 26 to March 6 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.
The event drew more than 43,000 boating enthusiasts from throughout the region during the nine-day event, an increase of 5 percent over 2010, which had 41,028 attendees.
Show organizers reported an upbeat atmosphere with many exhibitors reporting stronger sales and ready-to-buy consumers.
