Inaugural Orange County Boat Show scheduled
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. — The Southern California Marine Association and Pacific Coast Sportfishing Magazine will host the inaugural 2011 Orange County Boat Show and Sportfishing Festival, scheduled for May 21-22 at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, Calif., according to a recent release from the organizations.
“We’ve been successfully producing the Orange County Boat Show for 19 consecutive years,” commented SCMA Executive Director Dave Geoffroy in the release, “and the opportunity of now combining it with a serious offshore fishing component elevates it to an entirely new level. The synergy of these combined efforts has the potential to deliver a recreational boating and sportfishing show the likes of which the public has never experienced.”
Admission is $10.00 for adults, free for children 12 and under. Military personnel are free with ID.
