TMP Marine Products based in Port Jefferson Station, N.Y., is the newest dealer of Pow’rTran products, the company said in a press release. Pow’rTran is a manufacturer of power steering, power tilt and power trim, jack plates and tilts for small outboard motors. TMP serves boaters in the Long Island, N.Y., area and online customers through its online marine products store.
Jarrett Bay Boatworks, located in Beaufort, N.C., is now offering contracted prices on their custom-built boats, as stated in a company press release. Jarrett Bay has been keeping records for over 50 custom hulls, ranging in size from 20 to 70 feet, for more than 20 years, allowing them access to the right data in order to provide this pricing program. They offer custom-crafter, cold-molded construction along with their new plan.
Boston Whaler has rebuilt its website to improve navigation, according to a release from the company. The goals of the redesign were to make it simple to find information while creating a premium look. “The Internet is such an important piece for how our consumers shop today and inform themselves about the product and brand,” Ben Cast, Whaler’s vice president of sales, marketing and customer service. “We needed a website that clearly shows what sets Whaler apart from the rest.”
MarineMax Arizona has been selected by Malibu Boats to distribute its line of water-ski, wakeboard and sport boats to Phoenix, Tempe and the surrounding areas. “By adding Malibu to our lineup of premium boats and yachts, MarineMax continues to enhance its position as ‘the complete marine retailer,’ maximizing every aspect of our customers’ time on the water,” stated president, CEO and chairman of the company, Bill McGill, in a release. “We are delighted to represent this legendary brand, which will nicely compliment our other offerings and satisfy the needs of boaters in Arizona.”
