SkipperBud’s again expands Door County facility
STURGEON BAY, Wis. — Sturgeon Bay’s Quarterdeck Marina, part of SkipperBud’s Yacht Center, has expanded for the second year in a row by adding additional 55- and 60-foot docks, according to a release from SkipperBud’s.
The expansion increases the capacity for larger vessels to use the marina, seasonally and overnight. The new docks arrived on site from dock manufacturer ShoreMaster on June 20 and crews are currently working to ready the docks for use by visiting boaters for the 4th of July holiday weekend.
Quarterdeck Marina is located on Sturgeon Bay’s ship canal, which connects the waters of Lake Michigan to the waters of Green Bay.
