NASHVILLE, Ga. – Chaparral has added 18 new domestic and international dealers during the past few months, according to a release from the company. The expansion ranks among the largest additions of new dealers in the company’s 45-year history.
“We’ve worked hard to improve efficiencies in every area at Chaparral,” Chaparral President Jim Lane said in the release. “Improved sales results, award-winning CSI scores and an influx of new dealers prove that Chaparral is well-positioned to meet the ever changing demands of the new marine industry. We solidly supported our entire dealer network throughout the downturn and now we’re adding new dealers that will continue to bolster Chaparral’s first-rate network.”
The South Central Region has three new dealers in Missouri, including Starboard Marinas in Branson, Blue Springs Marine in Blue Springs and Premier 54 Motorsports in Osage Beach. Chaparral has also added I27 Marine and Powersports in Lubbock, Texas.
In the Atlantic Region, Chaparral’s new dealer is American Boat Center in Knoxville, Tenn.
In the West Region, Chaparral added SS Marine in North Salt Lake, Utah.
In the Great Lakes/Midwest Region, Chaparral has added five new dealers: Dry Harbour Marine in Charlevoix, Mich.; Boaters Point in Port Clinton, Ohio; and Denny’s Marina in Indianapolis, Ind. The company also added Shipyard Marine in Suamico, Wis., and Buzz’s Marine Supply in Kearney, Neb.
In addition to its new U.S. dealers, Chaparral has expanded its international network with the addition of seven new dealers.
These include: Rayomarine in Manila, Philippines; Rakurs LTD in Moscow, Russia; Export Boats LLC in Mexico City, Mexico; Sheng Bao Yun Investment Group in Beijing, China; Sherwood Marine Center and Tru Northwest RV, Auto and Marine LTD in British Columbia; and Pride Marine Group representing the Muskokas in Central Ontario.
