Australian boat builder Maritimo has purchased the assets of Mustang Marine, according to a statement from Maritimo founder and CEO Bill Barry-Cotter. Maritimo has bought the intellectual property and molds and will maintain the Mustang brand. Mustang distribution will continue through some existing dealers and boats will be sold through Maritimo dealers elsewhere.
BWA Yachting, a concierge and marine agency services provider for the superyacht industry, has introduced a new option for yachts that wish to offset their carbon footprint. Through preferred partners Yacht Carbon Offset, carbon emissions of the yacht’s engines can be balanced with equivalent greenhouse gas savings from independently audited projects around the world.
Intellian U.S. has increased its warranty to three years on all i-Series TV antenna models sold in North America, the company said in a release. While the Intellian corporate warranty policy remains a two-years parts and one-year labor program, Intellian U.S. has increased this offering for its i-Series line to a three-year parts and one-year labor warranty.
