The Marine Dealer Conference & Expo saw monumental growth in every measurable category in 2009. Dealer attendance doubled. Total attendance tripled. And total sold exhibit space quadrupled in 2009. Yes, all that, despite the incredibly challenging economy our industry faced.
In all, more than 740 industry leaders, nearly 440 of which were leading dealers, attended the 2009 MDCE, and 75 industry supplies used more than 50,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space.
In 2010, the MDCE moves to the Orange County Convention Center where it expects to continue its growth trend. More than 100,000 sq. ft. of space has been reserved for the MDCE exhibit hall, and the event will once again feature the one-of-a-kind educational line-up that has attracted an increasing number of dealers each of the past three years.
