Midwest Marine Repo Center completes nationwide inventory acquisition

OSHKOSH, Wis. — Skipper Bud’s Midwest Marine Repo Center recently completed an acquisition with a combined value in excess of $10 million in boat inventory, according to a release from the company.

Boats began arriving Thursday at the Repo Center in Oshkosh. The acquisition brings more than 300 boats from the Midwest, the East Coast and the West Coast to the Repo Center’s inventory.

The company says it will begin immediate liquidation of this new inventory. The models include competition ski boats, runabouts, pontoons, deck boats, fiberglass and aluminum fishing boats and motor yachts.

The Midwest Marine Repo Center sold in excess of 350 distressed boats in 2009 and the company says demand remains high. Product has not only been selling domestically, but worldwide as well, on a wholesale level. Skipper Bud’s receives daily emails with requests for very specific products. The company says there over 2,400 buyers on its waiting list and that The Repo Center has the selection and variety of inventory to provide interested buyers with many options depending on their boating needs.
