MarineMax details two new customer reward programs
MIAMI – MarineMax introduced two new customer rewards and benefit programs at the Miami International Boat Show, according to a release from the company.
MarineMax Rewards Club is a membership club that provides exclusive parts discounts, service specials, sales promotions, store events, deals from national and local vendor partners, and concierge services.
Initial membership was free to customers who purchased a new or used boat from MarineMax at the Miami Boat Show. Current MarineMax boat owners who wish to join MarineMax Rewards Club can do so by paying an annual enrollment fee of $19.95. The company said club membership is also open to other boaters with any make or model of boat for the same price.
“We want every boater to be able to enjoy the benefits we offer as America’s top marine retailer and service expert,” Witty said in the release. “MarineMax Rewards Club membership is an investment that easily pays for itself when you consider the fantastic service offers, partner discounts, rewards, and lifestyle opportunities available.”
The second program, MarineMax Care, is a standard service plan designed to meet boat buyers’ normal maintenance needs. Specific service and maintenance benefits vary by region and boat model but can include annual services, basic winterizations, bottom recoat and oil changes.
MarineMax Care came standard with new Sea Ray, Meridian, Boston Whaler and Grady-White boats purchased during the Miami Boat Show and is transferable one time to a second purchaser of the same boat for as little as a $50 application fee.
