Pontoon maker damaged by fire
WYOMING, Minn. — Pontoon manufacturer Premier Marine is up and running after a fire damaged a production building on Saturday, according to a release from Premier.
No one was injured in the fire, which broke out in one of the company’s eight manufacturing buildings. The fire was contained to the building where the PTX performance center tubes are built. The main assembly line was undamaged, and PTX production is scheduled to resume later in the week at another location at the facility. The company says no production delays are anticipated.
The fire has been determined to be accidental. Fire inspectors will be on site today to investigate.
