Honda Marine launches new online sales training
ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Honda Marine has begun offering a new online sales training program that provides sales educational modules for Honda Marine dealerships, the company reported this week.
The new course, part of the online Honda Marine University, is intended to train dealership sales associates on the features and benefits of Honda Marine’s products, the company said.
“Honda Marine’s commitment to an outstanding customer experience is unparalleled, and providing excellent training tools to our marine dealers has always been a hallmark of Honda Marine’s business model,” Scott Conner, assistant vice president of Honda Marine, said in a release. “Our all-new Honda University training program offers an engaging, interactive and simple way for Honda Marine dealer personnel to maintain high training standards.”
Honda Marine University was produced in conjunction with Irvine, California-based Pacific Technology Solutions (PTS). Since its launch nearly two years ago for service education, more than 5,300 service professionals have utilized the online curriculum.
