Fiberglass Coatings exits Chapter 11

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – Fiberglass Coatings Inc. (FCI) has successfully emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and its Florida distribution and retail centers and online store are operating normally, according to a recent release from the company.

“Fiberglass Coatings Inc. was able to restructure and exit Chapter 11 in one of the most challenging times our industry has ever faced, thanks to the hard work of our employees, support from our vendors and the loyalty of our customers,” Bill Higman, FCI president, said in the release. “As the marine industry returns to more normal conditions, FCI is strongly positioned to support all the different needs of boat builders, boatyards and fabricators to start up, re-open or ramp up as demand for composite products and repairs grow.”
