Dive N Dog launches manufacturing reorganization plan
NAPLES, Fla. – Dive N Dog, a stainless steel marine accessories maker, has launched a multi-year manufacturing reorganization plan, the company reported this week.
The plan includes the transfer of production between facilities, new facilities and automated manufacturing, with multiple ground-breakings in both the U.S. and Central America.
The company says the changes will bring better pricing on products through more efficient delivery channels, as well as less backorders and out of stock items.
“2010 will bring increased efficiencies to our organization and lower costs for all of our customers,” Scott Rowles, Dive N Dog’s president, said in the release. “We are constantly looking for ways to streamline our operations and improve pricing across the board. As we find ways to save money we look to pass those savings on to our customers. We are very excited about our plans and the benefits that will be shared by all.”
