MTANJ launches Jersey Shore Boat Sale & Expo
MANASQUAN, N.J. – The Marine Trades Association of New Jersey (MTANJ) has created the First Annual Jersey Shore Boat Sale & Expo, which is scheduled to be held Sept. 18- 20 at First Energy Park in Lakewood, N.J., it reported in a recent statement.
The three-day sales event will feature new and used boats and accessories for sale by MTANJ members and marine retailers.
The event was organized by MTANJ and dealers to offer a low cost, one stop alternative to sell boats and move product during these challenging economic times while offering consumers an affordable venue that is centrally located in the state, according to the association.
“The Jersey Shore Boat Sale & Expo is a new dealer driven sales event for and owned by the dealers,” said Rick Traber, MTANJ president and owner of Pier 47 Marina. “This event provides exhibitors an affordable means of selling boats as well as a perfect venue for the public to get a great deal on a boat.”
All proceeds from the event will go back to the 300 plus-member association to support its efforts to promote and protect the recreational boating industry in New Jersey, it stated. Additional information, including an exhibit application, can be found online at www.mtanj.org or by contacting the MTANJ offices at 732-292-1051 or info@mtanj.org.
