Shelby Industries launches new Web site
SHELBYVILLE, Ky. – Shelby Industries, a manufacturer and distributor of towing, trailering, lifting and leveling components has launched an online store, the company reported in a recent release.
The new Web site, www.shelbyindustries.com, features a number of advanced Web site tools including an introductory walkout video, an intranet Web system and an online store.
“Well before the current recession, we launched a major initiative to diversify and upgrade our business,” said Shelby’s president & CEO. “An important part of our strategy was to update our Web site. At www.shelbyindustries.com, guests can not only easily learn about our company, but also review our full selection of products, capabilities and services.”
Raque Thomas, Shelby’s national director of sales, said the online store has been active for over one month and “first-period sales results significantly surpassed all expectations.”
