NEW YORK MILLS, Minn. — Lund Boats has successfully defended itself against a lawsuit filed by employees over vacation time, according to a report from WDAY News.
The class action suit claimed workers were denied vacation time as policies were revised after Brunswick bought Lund from Genmar. The court ruled workers should have known Brunswick’s policy was different from Genmar’s, WDAY reports.
The suit was brought by 19 employees representing 200 former and current workers.
