IBEX 2009 offers boat builder discounts on exhibit space
BROOKLIN, Maine – Organizers of the International Boat Builders’ Exhibition and Conference (IBEX) have created IBEX Dealer Development Days to assist boat manufacturers and dealers, they reported in a recent statement.
The IBEX Dealer Development Days program includes discounted exhibit rates for a 30’ x 30’ island exhibit in a dedicated pavilion for boat manufacturers to showcase new boat models, as well as the opportunity to secure in-water dock space for sea trials and demonstrations. In addition, arrangements have been made for reduced hotel rates for boat manufacturers and dealers who participate in the program.
“It’s important we continue moving our industry forward and constantly provide innovative, affordable solutions for conducting business in this economy,” noted Thom Dammrich, president of the National Marine Manufacturers Association, which co-owns and produces the show in partnership with Professional BoatBuilder magazine.
IBEX 2009 will take place at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Fla., from Monday, Oct. 12 to Wednesday, Oct. 14.
