Mercury Marine hands out supplier awards
FOND DU LAC, Wis. – ACH Foam is among the recipients of Mercury Marine’s 2008 Preferred Supplier Award, ACH reported in a release. The award recognizes excellence in quality, delivery, customer service and cost management.
Other winners of the ’08 award include Anjun Industrial Co., Ashland Distribution, Brunk Industries, Carpenter Technologies, Cast-Rite Corp., CMA Cables, Crystal Finishing, EC Styberg Engineering, Gold Eagle Co., Lawrence Screw Products, Macimex, Molded Dimensions Inc., Quality Packaging Inc., Sungwoo Automotive, Synerject, Tobin Machining, Trialco, United Packaging Inc., Tyco Electronics Corp., Wisconsin Steel & Tube and ZF Industries.
Mercury chose suppliers that exhibited high levels of performance in all categories throughout 2008, the release said. Winners received an engraved plaque in recognition of their achievement.
ACH Foam provides lost foam foundry patterns and expanded polystyrene packaging for Mercury’s boat engines.
