BankersLiquidation.com to hold 3-day online boat auction
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — BankersLiquidation.com, a clearinghouse for bank repos and boat manufacturer dealer pick-ups, will hold a three-day, dealer-only online auction following the Memorial Day holiday, May 26-28, it reported in a recent statement.
“Due to a substantial increase in the number of new and used boats repossessed from dealers by major lenders and finance companies, we will be conducting a National ‘Dealer Only’ Auction to enable dealers to fill out their dealership’s inventory with quality units at auction prices,” Rick Palmer, BankersLiquidation.com general manager, said in a release. “While we expect to have over 100 boats available to auction at the beginning of this three-day event, we currently have over 700 units nationwide being condition reported, photographed and readied for listing over the next several weeks.”
To participate in the auction, dealers can go to bankersliquidation.com and click “Subscribe,” then “Register Now” and enter Promotion Code BOAT30. After a dealer verification check, approved dealers will be contacted by e-mail and allowed to preview inventory. The dealers will be registered to begin bidding May 26.
