National Repo Depot offers alternatives for repossessed inventory
ELK RIVER, Minn. — National Repo Depot has introduced a new program to dispose of repossessed inventory for the recreational marine, RV and powersports industries, the company reported in a release this week.
“Dealer repossession rates are at an all time high,” Monte Howerton, National Repo Depot CEO, said in the release. “Banks and manufacturers have inventories that are negatively affected by blow-out disposals. Our solution prevents the price desecration caused when inventory is liquidated through traditional methods.”
The company said it provides consulting services and specific solutions for banks and manufacturers. Services include stop loss management to minimize portfolio loss; professional asset appraisal including condition reports, photographs and valuation; recovery; storage; transportation logistics; liquidation consulting; and liquidation including wholesale and value-added retail.
National Repo Depot is owned and operated by Monte Howerton and Mike Kirkpatrick, who have worked in dealer sales and management positions with brands including Blue Water Boats, Brunswick Marine, Donzi, Fountain, Honda, Pro-Line, Skidoo and Tracker Marine.
