IMBC brochure outlines ways to get involved

WARREN, R.I. — The International Marina & Boatyard Conference has posted a brochure on its Web site listing commercial and vendor opportunities for next year’s event. IMBC producers — the Association of Marina Industries and the American Boat Builders & Repairers Association — hope the brochure will help get partners involved in the show.

“Each year we add to our offerings in an effort to provide more opportunities for our new and returning partners, sponsors and exhibitors, without whom IMBC wouldn’t be the success it is today,” Jim Frye, AMI’s president and chair, said in a release.

The Partner Opportunities Brochure includes information about the conference — scheduled for Jan. 27-29 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Fla. — and the benefits of participating, as well as exhibitor, sponsorship and advertising openings and contracts.

New sponsorships include USB drives containing presentation downloads given to each attendee, a networking event held at one of IMBC’s host hotels, and the closing reception and industry awards.

IMBC will also host a “Take-One Brochure Exhibit” where, for a fee, companies that are not exhibiting can send brochures to the show that IMBC staff will display in the exhibit hall. Lastly, in addition to IMBC partners will have the opportunity to advertise on the official IMBC entry unit at the exhibit hall entrance.

The Partner Opportunities Brochure is available at marinaassociation.org/imbc.
